The Nest is our new two-story condo, with a large deck and private Hot Tub, BBQ, private parking garage, and brand new AC unit. Underground is a private & secure heated gear room for your snowboards, skis, boots, bikes, or whatever equipment you use to enjoy the great outdoors.
Full Kitchen: The open-concept kitchen & living room is a cozy and social space for gathering. The kitchen boasts all brand-new appliances, a full-size fridge and freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. The large kitchen table easily seats 6.
We love to cook and thought you might too! The Nest’s kitchen is stocked with all you need for an easy and homey stay. Our extras include Crock Pot, blender, muffin tins, and more.
Main floor Bedroom (on entry-level): Plush Queen bed with quality cotton sheets, pillows, and down-duvets for a super comfy sleep. A large built-in closet with lots of shelving. This room captures lots of natural light with large windows. There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs Bedroom: Plush Queen bed with quality cotton sheets, pillows, and down-duvets for a super comfy sleep. The Living Room has a double pull-out sofa.
Patio: Large 250 sqr ft. This west-facing patio equals lots of sunlight, a private balcony with Hot-Tub, BBQ, and a comfy lounge-style patio set in spring-summer.
Parking: Secure parking for one smaller vehicle (cars, SUVs, and small trucks) in our private garage, and additional visitor parking space is available on a first-come basis in the complex’s outdoor lot. Located in the unit are visitor parking passes to display inside your vehicle.
Gear-Storage Room: The separate gear room has lots of space for whatever equipment you’re using to enjoy our natural backyard. The heated space also has lots of storage for your jackets, helmets, gloves, etc. We ask that you please keep your skis, boards, boots, bikes, and other equipment here.
Little Extras: Board games, books & magazines are always there for your reading pleasure. We also have yoga mats and a foam roller to stretch out any tension from an extensive day of boarding, skiing, or biking.
We use a professional cleaning company. We follow all up-to-date cleaning procedures.
Additional Amenities: Upstairs washroom has a stacked washer/dryer, laundry detergent & dryer sheets, and an iron and ironing board. The whole condo has private high-speed WiFi. The Living Room has a Smart TV, an electric fireplace, and a high-quality Marshall Bluetooth or plug-in stereo. A coffee table with a lift-top quickly turns the space into a comfortable workstation or extra dinner seating. This property has a brand new AC unit, keeping the unit cool all summer long.
